How Often Do I Get Products?

Discounts and deal frequency vary based on your dashboard settings and
current Amazon promos. Most items are heavily discounted—some even free!
You're guaranteed to receive more in value than your membership fee—or
your next month is FREE! Just contact us before your next billing cycle
to apply your discount.

What If I Get Something I Don't Want?

Discounted Amazon deals can be random, so you might get something you don’t need. Most of our members either keep the items, sell them, or gift them.

What's The Process For Membership?

Once the initial fee payment has processed and you've linked your Amazon Account, your Amazon account will be added into our automated checkout service. Sometimes, you will need to approve the login. Typically, you'll receive an email from Amazon alerting a new login.

Once linked, our service will automatically check out Amazon items that match your selected discount preferences. You can customize these preferences anytime in your dashboard.

You can link your Amazon Account through the Fiesta Freebies App

Please follow the below steps to properly setup and link your account:

How Do I Obtain My 2FA Secret Key?

 

Our services will not work without this, please follow the steps below for 2FA Setup:

2FA Setup: Enable 2SV (2 Step Verification) and add 2SV key to Link Amazon Account Form:

Step 1: Download Google Authenticator on your mobile device:
iPhone Download | IOS/App Store
Android Download | Android/Google Play Store

Step 2: Enable 2SV through Login & Security

Step 3: Turn on 2-Step Verification

Step 4: Click "Get Started"

Step 5: Click "Can't scan the barcode"

Step 6: Copy the 52-digit 2SV key (save it in a note for later)

Step 7: In the Google Authenticator App, choose "Enter a setup key" and paste the 2SV key

Step 8: Follow prompts in Google Authenticator. Enter the 6-digit code into Amazon

Step 9: Confirm and turn on Two-Step Verification

Step 10: Add your 2SV key and OTP to the Link Amazon Account form

HINT: Your 2SV key should look like this:

NOTE: If you don’t finish setting up 2FA on your Authenticator App or Amazon, your key will not work on Fiesta Freebies.

How Do I Use The Fiesta Freebies Dashboard?

How to Use Fiesta Freebies Dashboard

1. Go to the User Dashboard
Log in and open the dashboard where you can manage your tasks.

2. Create a New Task
Click "Add Task" to begin setting up. (Up to 3 tasks can be created)

3. Enter Task Details
Fill in the following fields:

- Task Name:
Enter a name for the task (e.g. Dog Supplies)

- Min Price:
Set the minimum price you want for products (e.g. $5)

- Max Price:
Set the maximum price you're willing to spend (e.g. $25)

- Blacklist Items:
Enter product names or keywords you want to exclude (e.g. Cat, Fish)

- Minimal Discount:
Enter the minimum discount percentage you're looking for (e.g. 45%)

- Categories:
List your preferred product categories (e.g. Pet Food & Supplies)

4. Save the Task
Once all fields are complete, click "Save" to finish.

5. Manage Your Task
After saving, your task appears on the dashboard. You can:

- Edit the task

- Pause or delete the task

Note: Broadening your discount range or categories can increase deal activity.

Other Dashboard Features
Your dashboard also comes packed with helpful insights:

  • Analytics shows you how many checkouts happen each day.
  • Total Orders displays how many orders have been placed through your account.
  • Total Savings gives you a running total of how much you’ve saved.
  • Last 6 Checkouts lists your six most recent deals with direct links, discount percentages, and order totals.

How Do I Update My Fiesta Freebies Amazon Account Info?

We will reset your account and you'll be able to relink your Amazon Account with your updated information.

How Do I Know What I Have Checked Out?

Your Fiesta Freebies Dashboard will show your last 6 checkouts.

You can also view your orders on your Amazon Account here.

Why Is My Account Not Receiving Products?

If you have not received any products for a week or so, you may potentially have an issue. Here are some simple steps you can take to ensure this does not happen:

1. Make sure the information you provided is correct (Amazon Email/Password).

2. Make sure your Amazon Account has an active Prime membership. Business Prime will not work.

3. Make sure your account has Default Shipping & Payment Settings

4. Make sure your Amazon Account is linked via our app: Fiesta Freebies App

5. Ensure you have an active task with your preferred discounts/categories in your user dashboard. You can widen your preferences to increase deal activity.

6. If you've confirmed all the above and have completed linking your Amazon Account via our app, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist!

How To Manage Billing?

This can be done in your membership portal. Memberships can be canceled at anytime. If you're having issues, please use our chat and we'll be happy to assist you!

What Is The Refund Policy?

If you haven't accessed the Fiesta Freebies app, you are eligible for a full refund within 5 days of your initial membership purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support via our live chat with your account details and reason for the request.

Each case is reviewed individually. 

What Is The Membership Fee Guarantee?

You're guaranteed to receive checkouts of greater value than your membership fees or your next month is FREE!

How Will My Information Be Used?

Your information will ONLY be used in our automated checkout service program to ensure it is properly logged in. We WILL NEVER use your information for any other purposes or look at any sensitive information within the account.

What Happens If My Amazon Account Is Locked?

If Amazon decides to lock your account, unfortunately there is nothing that we are able to do to help restore it.

Usually, you can restore the account with proof of your identity with Amazon.

In this event, you will need to provide a new account or any updated account information.
