Fiesta Freebies Plus Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by WHIPLASH LLC d/b/a Fiesta Freebies, 5900 BALCONES DRIVE, SUITE 100
AUSTIN, TX 78731 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the calendar month. A winner will be selected on or about the first (1st) of the following month. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

(a) Automatic Entry (Purchase): Consumers who purchase a Fiesta Freebies Plus membership during the Sweepstakes period will automatically receive one (1) entry. During promotional periods, members who purchase Fiesta Freebies Plus will receive ten (10) entries.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, complete the official entry form available at this link.

5. Prize(s)

Each month, one (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive either Apple AirPods (model determined by Sponsor), an Amazon Gift Card, or a prize of comparable value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $75.

No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about the first (1st) of each month. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of selection. Potential winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release (where lawful) within five (5) days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, fails to provide required documentation, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, submitting false information, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike manner. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, printing errors, lost/delayed/misdirected entries, or acts of God.

By entering, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
